Dennis grew up in a small town in New York called Brooklyn. His call to teaching shows God’s sense of humor because in high school he made fun of those in the “Future Teachers of America” Club, but his love of learning has always led him to teach. Dennis received a BA from the State Un. of NY (history) & a M.Div. from Covenant Theological Seminary; DRE, Trinity Theological Seminary. After seminary, he found himself teaching in churches, small groups, training Campus Life workers, and starting a Bible College. Educating others to love God and His Word has been the focus of his life.
In his role with CDM and teaching at Metro Atlanta Seminary, Dennis is living out his life verse: Ezra 7:10: Ezra [Dennis] set his heart to study the Law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach His statues and rules in Israel [South Africa, America, or wherever].
He has 4 grandchildren, 4,000 books, and the most amazing woman he’s ever met sharing his life. Daily, Dennis prays his children and grandchildren will join him one day in heaven—to God be the Glory!
